We offer General Contracting and Construction Management services in Richmond and Central Virginia as well as phased and off-hours construction. We customize all services to meet each client and project needs.
Construction Management
Planning / Coordination / Control
In the role of construction management or construction project management (CPM) we handle the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. As CPM we are aimed at meeting a client's requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
General Contracting
Project-specific / Permits / Mangement
As general contractor we are a manager, employed by the client on the advice of the architect, engineer or the architectural technologist or the client him/herself if acting as the manager. We are responsible for the overall coordination of a project.
